How it works

LoudLikeLive connects everyone who makes live music — artists and bands, venues, festivals and rehearsal rooms — and handles the whole journey of a gig in one place: from discovery to the proposal, from agreeing the fee to confirmation, all the way to stage plans, riders and reviews. Calendars always in sync and notifications to both sides.

In 4 steps

  1. 1

    Create your profile

Choose whether you're an artist/band, a venue, a festival or a rehearsal room. Set genres, photos, short and detailed bio, your position on the map and your availability. Your profile goes public once it's presentable, and you can manage it as a team.

  2. 2

    Discover and get discovered

Search by genre, city or proximity, with list and map side by side. Open a profile and, where available, propose a date right from its calendar; festivals, instead, build their lineup by inviting bands.

  3. 3

    Agree on the gig

Settle times and fee with requests, confirmations and counter-proposals. Every step is tracked on the calendar and notified to both sides via email, in-app and — if you want — Telegram. Artists attach their stage plan and technical rider.

  4. 4

    Play and review each other

Once the gig is over you can leave each other a mutual review: reputation grows on facts, not words. Confirmed dates sync to your phone via the iCal feed or Google Calendar, always up to date.

The tools you get

Calendar and bookings. Proposals, confirmations, counter-proposals, postponements and cancellations handled in a single flow, always synced between the parties.

Stage plan and technical rider. Input list, monitor matrix and visual stage plan generated from your data — for bands and DJs — exportable as PDF with hospitality and day sheet, attachable to the gig.

EPK. An electronic press kit generated from your profile, available as a web page and PDF, with bio, press, video and contacts.

Mutual reviews. After the event the artist and the other party rate each other: ratings tied to gigs that really happened, for a trustworthy reputation.

Discovery on the map. Events, artists, venues and rooms browsable by genre, province and distance, with a list + map view.

Calendar on your phone. iCal feed and sync with Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar for confirmed gigs, always up to date.

Notifications and shared management. Email and in-app notifications at every step, an optional Telegram channel, and multiple managers for the same profile.

Trust

Venue profiles can be verified (VAT via VIES, Google Maps) and artists through their official channels, with increasing trust levels. Reviews are tied to gigs that really happened, data is handled with a compliant consent system, and you can report content that breaks the rules. The goal is simple: less risk, more live music.
