Is LoudLikeLive free? expand_more
Yes: creating a profile, discovering artists and venues, proposing and managing gigs is free. Any premium services will always be clearly indicated.
Who can sign up? expand_more
Artists and bands, venues and festivals, and rehearsal rooms. Each profile type has the tools designed for its role.
How do I create my profile? expand_more
Sign up, choose your profile type and fill in the fields: photos, bio, genres, location and availability. The profile goes public once it meets the minimum presentability requirements.
When does my profile go public? expand_more
When it is "presentable": profile photo, bio and the key detail for your type (artists/festivals: at least one genre; venues: capacity; rehearsal rooms: at least one room). In profile editing you will find an indicator of what is missing.
How does a booking work? expand_more
From a profile's calendar you propose a date. The other party can confirm, decline or make a counter-proposal. Once the gig is confirmed, it stays tracked and notified to both.
Can a profile be managed by several people? expand_more
Yes. The owner can invite other managers by email: everyone receives booking notifications and can collaborate on management.
What are the Stage Plan and Tech Rider? expand_more
Tools for artists: from members and equipment you automatically generate input list, monitor matrix and a visual stage plan, exportable to PDF and attachable to the booking.
How do I link my gigs to my phone calendar? expand_more
In account settings you will find a personal subscription URL: add it to Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar and confirmed gigs appear and update by themselves. Every public venue and artist also has a feed of its own events.
How do reviews work? expand_more
After a completed gig, the two parties can review each other. Ratings are tied to events that actually happened and contribute to the profile's reputation.
How is a venue verified? expand_more
Venues can be verified via VAT number (VIES check) or by linking to Google Maps. Verification increases the trust of those who book.
Can I receive notifications on Telegram? expand_more
Yes, it is an optional, additional channel: enable it by linking the bot from account settings, without replacing email and in-app notifications.
What geographic coverage do you have? expand_more
For now the focus is on Italy, with search by province and by distance. Opening up to other countries is in the works.
How do you handle my data? expand_more
You will find all the details in the Privacy Policy. You can edit your data from your profile and request account closure whenever you want.
How do I delete my account? expand_more
From account settings you can close your profile. If there are no gigs or history linked, deletion is immediate; otherwise data is anonymised in compliance with obligations.
