How to close your account and delete your personal data

Self-service deletion

If you have a LoudLikeLive account you can request deletion directly from the Platform:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Account settings from the user menu at the top right.
  3. Open the Close account section.
  4. Confirm the request by typing the word CHIUDI.

Closure takes immediate effect: the email is anonymised, the profile removed and all personal data deleted within 30 days. If you manage a profile together with other co-managers, only the owner can close or delete the profile; co-managers can leave the management.

Did you sign in with Google or Facebook?

If you registered through an OAuth provider, you can also revoke LoudLikeLive's authorisation from the provider:

Revoking authorisation on the provider's side alone does not delete the data already held by LoudLikeLive: please also follow the self-service procedure above to actually delete it from our database.

Can't sign in?

If you have lost access to your account (for example you no longer have access to the email), write to privacy@loudlikelive.com from the email address linked to the account or, failing that, with an identity document proving ownership. We will proceed with deletion manually within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Email, name, avatar, phone.
  • Bio, address, city, venue coordinates, VAT number.
  • Cover and profile photos, uploaded materials and technical documents (stage plan, rider, EPK).
  • OAuth tokens (Google, Facebook, Spotify) and Google Calendar synchronisation tokens.
  • Linked Telegram identifier used for notifications and iCal feed tokens.
  • Band member data and staff/crew contacts you entered.
  • Login attempt logs older than 90 days.

For fraud-prevention and tax purposes, some booking data (dates, pseudonymised amounts) is kept in anonymised form for 5 years as set out in the Privacy Policy.
