Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 June 2026
1. Subject of the service
LoudLikeLive is an online matchmaking platform between music artists, venues, festivals and rehearsal rooms. The Platform facilitates mutual discovery, the management of availability and the formalisation of booking agreements; it is not a party to such agreements nor a payment intermediary. The Platform is operated by Niita OÜ (see section 11).
2. Requirements and account
To register you must be at least 16 years old and provide truthful information. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity carried out by your account. You can sign in via email OTP code, Google or Facebook; two-factor authentication is required for administrators.
3. Shared profile management (multi-account)
A profile can be managed by more than one person through co-management invitations. The profile owner is responsible for the permissions granted; co-managers can operate on the profile but cannot close or delete the account, and may leave the management at any time. By inviting a co-manager you declare that you are entitled to do so.
4. User conduct
The following is prohibited:
- Publishing defamatory, discriminatory or unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others (including copyright and image rights in uploaded photos, logos and materials).
- Impersonating other artists, venues, festivals or organisations.
- Entering personal data of third parties (band members, staff, crew) without an adequate legal basis and without having informed them.
- Using the Platform to send spam or for commercial purposes unrelated to music booking.
- Carrying out mass scraping or attempting to circumvent technical limits (rate limit, OAuth, OTP, anti-bot protection).
- Abusing the integrations (Telegram notifications, calendar synchronisation, email) or the shareable links of technical documents.
- Claiming ownership of a Google Place or a Facebook Page that you do not actually control.
5. Profile verification
The Platform offers three verification levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold) based respectively on confirmed email and profile completeness; VAT number or ownership of the Google Place via OTP; and connection to the artist's Spotify profile. Verifications do not constitute a legal guarantee of identity but are reasonable indicators of trustworthiness.
6. Bookings, festivals and performance proposals
Artists can propose or receive bookings at venues and rehearsal rooms according to the published availability. Festivals follow a different flow: they do not publish externally bookable slots, but build their own line-up by inviting bands for individual days and time slots; the invited band receives a request and must confirm it. Any economic or artistic agreement remains between the parties involved: the Platform is not a party to it and does not guarantee its performance.
7. Technical documents and shared materials
The tools for stage plan, technical rider and electronic press kit (EPK) generate documents and PDFs that you can share via public token links. Anyone who has the link can access the document: you are responsible for the content you enter and for the choice to share it. You can revoke access by regenerating or disabling the link.
8. Reviews
Only users involved in an event or session that actually took place may publish a review. Reviews must stick to verifiable facts. We reserve the right to remove manifestly false or defamatory reviews. Aggregate ratings may remain visible even when individual text reviews are not.
9. Reports and moderation
You can report profiles or content that violate these Terms. Reports are handled through a moderation queue; we may take proportionate measures, from a warning to suspension up to closure of the account.
10. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided «as is». We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service, nor are we liable for the economic or artistic performances agreed between users. Every booking agreement is between the parties involved. We are not liable for content uploaded by users nor for third-party data that users enter.
11. Suspension and account closure
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. You can close your account at any time from Account settings: your personal data will be handled as set out in the Privacy Policy and the Data deletion page.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary. Changes take effect upon publication. If they are substantial, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the consumer's court of jurisdiction applies where applicable, otherwise the court of Treviso (Italy).
