What is LoudLikeLive?
The place where artists, venues, festivals and rehearsal rooms find each other and put gigs together: public profiles, calendars, date proposals, stage plans and tech riders, all in one flow. People who simply listen can follow artists and venues and keep an eye on what is happening nearby.
What does it cost?
Signing up and using LoudLikeLive is free. Each month you can confirm up to 2 collaborations with new counterparties for free; playing again with someone you have already worked with never counts towards the threshold. Beyond that limit there is Pro. No essential feature is behind a paywall.
What does Pro unlock?
It removes the cap on new collaborations and gives access to the advanced tools, present and future. Pro applies to a single profile: you can subscribe one and leave the others free, and each profile type has its own rate. Cancelling is immediate and free — you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, then go back to the free plan.
Who can sign up?
Artists and bands, venues, festivals and rehearsal rooms, each with the tools designed for their role. You can also sign up simply as a music lover, to follow who you like and not miss the gigs.
How do I create my profile?
Sign up, choose your profile type and fill in the fields: photos, bio, genres, location and availability. If you run a Facebook page you can import its data to get started faster.
When does my profile go public?
When it is “presentable”: profile photo, bio and the key detail for your type — artists and festivals at least one genre, venues the capacity, rehearsal rooms at least one room. Profile editing always shows an indicator of what is still missing.
How does a booking work?
From a profile’s calendar you propose a date. The other party can confirm, decline or make a counter-proposal; while a request is pending you get reminders, and we warn you when it is about to expire. Once confirmed, the gig stays tracked and notified to both sides.
Can several bands ask for the same date?
Yes. A venue sees every request for that night side by side, each with the fee being asked. When it confirms one, the other requests for the same date are declined automatically: nobody is left hanging.
Can a profile be managed by several people?
Yes. The owner can invite other managers by email: everyone receives the booking notifications and can collaborate on managing the same profile.
What are the Stage Plan and the Tech Rider?
Tools for artists: from your line-up and equipment you automatically generate an input list, a monitor matrix and a visual stage plan. They export to PDF and you can share them with the other party, attaching them to the booking.
How do rehearsal rooms work?
Each rehearsal room publishes its rooms with backline, amenities, accepted payment methods and time slots. You can book a free slot yourself, recurring if you need the same hour every week, without going through a negotiation.
How do I find the right profiles?
Besides searching by genre, province and distance, every profile suggests compatible artists and compatible venues and festivals, picked by genre and proximity. You can also turn on “what’s new nearby” alerts and receive the new profiles appearing around you.
What can someone who does not manage a profile do?
Follow artists and venues, hit “like”, and mark events as “interested” or “going”. If a night has a limit on attendees and is full you join the waiting list: if a spot frees up we tell you and hold it for you for a limited time. After the gig you can confirm you were there and rate it.
How do reviews work?
After a completed gig the two parties can review each other. The text of the review is visible to the person who wrote it and the person who received it; publicly, only the star rating appears. Stars are tied to events that actually happened and contribute to the profile’s reputation. This is a different thing from the audience vote, which anyone who attended can leave.
How do I link my gigs to my phone calendar?
In account settings you will find a personal subscription address: add it to Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar and confirmed gigs show up and update by themselves. Every public venue and artist also has a feed of its own events, and people who follow can have one with the events they care about.
What notifications do I get, and where?
In-app and by email for what actually matters: booking requests, replies, gig reminders and requests about to expire. You can connect Telegram as an additional channel, and choose in settings which families of notifications to receive and which to mute.
How is a venue verified?
Through its VAT number, with a VIES check and a comparison against the business name, or by linking its Google Maps listing. Verification shows on the profile and increases the trust of those booking.
What statistics do I see on my profile, and what do others see?
You see how many visits the profile received, from what kind of source and from which approximate area — country and region, never the city — always aggregated. We do not keep the IP address or the user agent of visitors and we do not use cookies to measure: whoever manages the profile cannot tell who you are.
Can I opt out of being counted in visit statistics?
Yes, at any time. We automatically honour the browser’s Global Privacy Control signal; if you have an account you will find the same switch in settings, and without an account you can decide for the single device.
What languages is it available in?
Italian and English. You can switch language from the menu and every page has its own address in the language you chose.
Can it only be used in Italy?
You can sign up from any country, and the venue and event pages have a country filter. Search by province and by distance is designed around Italy, where most profiles are concentrated today.
I found a problem: how do I report it?
From “Report a problem” describe what is not working, pick the type and, if it helps, attach a screenshot. Every report has a status you can follow — under review, accepted, resolved — and we notify you when it changes.
How do you handle my data?
You will find all the details in the Privacy Policy. You can edit your data from your profile, choose which notifications to receive, opt out of visit counting and request account closure whenever you want.
How do I delete my account?
From account settings you can close your profile. If there are no gigs or history linked, deletion is immediate; otherwise data is anonymised, in compliance with legal obligations.
